- Tables, chairs, setup and cleaning is included-no additional fees for this amenity.
- We offer an all day wedding rental from 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM- no need to pay for extra hours.
- You are not required to use a coordinator, hire security or buy extra insurance. The price is the price!
- NEW OFFERING: Make the most of your wedding weekend! For every Saturday except May and October, couples have the option to add Friday for $1,200- perfect for decorating and rehearsal dinners/welcome parties.

We understand some Couples do not want to host an event outdoors in colder temperatures. During the winter months, Couples can rent just the venue, groom’s quarters and bridal room. The patio can be added 48 hours prior to the wedding if the weather cooperates for $800. (flip fee is an additional $350)
